IMPACT's 500 tpd processing plant is centrally located in the Guadalupe Production Camp. All mine feed from the Company's projects are transported here for processing. Upon acquisition in 2006, IMPACT ear-marked sufficient funds and man-power to undertake an aggressive two-year plan to modernize operations which included: a new secondary crusher to improve overall throughput of the crushing circuit; expansion of the flotation circuit and thickener capacity; rehabilitation of the zinc concentrate dryer to reduce moisture and general upgrades to the plant to improve efficiencies and processing costs and Work on expanding the tailings facility and enhancing the current dam is planned for completion throughout 2010.

MINE PRODUCTION

Production comes from four operating mines, Chivo (La Virgen Valley), San Ramon (La Virgen Valley) and Guadalupe and Gallega (Salvadora) which feed a central processing plant rated at 500 tpd. In 2009, the plant operated at around 313 tpd and currently operates at 343 tpd (June 30th 2010). Gallega is located 500m from the mill and Guadalupe Mine is located within a 100m from the mill.

Please see below for a summary of the Company's production performance.

Guadalupe Mine

Guadalupe had been supplying the processing plant well before IMPACT had taken ownership. Historically, it produced over 10 million ounces of silver predominantly from the Lipton and Liptonia Veins. Ore was primarily sourced from the Lipton, Lipton del Bajo, Paulina, Intermedia, Liptonia, Caballo, Orilla Alto and Orilla Bajo Veins. Material is brought to surface up a shaft and transported approximately 100 metres to the plant. It is the lowest cost producer in the district.

The Guadalupe mine is now undergoing further development with the building of track access on new planned production areas such as the Kena-Dolores Zone and a number of nearby veins.

Gallega Mine (Salvadora Vein)

The Gallega mine is located 500m southeast of the Guadalupe Mine on the main Lipton Vein System. It was a significant source of historic mining. It is accessed by a surface adit and intermittently supplements production from Guadalupe. Several veins have made ore at Gallega including Lipton, Salvadora and San David.

As part of the 2006 surface drilling program, mine staff requested the exploration group to drill the upper portions of the Salvadora Vein to determine whether they were also viable for mining. Some of the results received are as follows:

EXPLORATION

Exploration in the Guadalupe Mine Sector of the property is partially carried out with an underground drill from the numerous mine workings in the area. With underground access so well developed, the Guadalupe area continues to provide low cost mining and exploration opportunities.

SANTA LUCIA MINING CAMP

The Santa Lucia Mining Camp is located 3.7 kilometers southeast of IMPACT's operating processing plant. Detailed geological mapping and soil sampling by IMPACT outlined a variety of high-grade silver targets consisting of old mine workings and outcropping veins along a northwesterly trending structural corridor. Summarized below are results from some of the initial drill holes from this prospective area:

Drilling is currently underway to define structural zones where greater vein thicknesses can be found.

Pino Prospect

The Pino Prospect is an early stage prospect on the Lipton Vein system. It is located 700m south of the Guadalupe Mine. The area is marked by a large soil anomaly and sparse old small mine workings. In early 2007 IMPACT announced zinc-rich drill results from initial holes at the Pino Prospect. Exploration will return to Pino when base metal prices recover.

Santa Isabel Workings

The Santa Isabel workings are located in the western parts of the Guadalupe Mine. IMPACT personnel partially sampled the remnants of an old 2m wide stope to a point where the underground workings were collapsed. The portion of the stope sampled averaged 830g/t silver and 0.56g/t gold across 0.8m true width over a strike length of 50m in nine samples ranging up to 3,020g/t silver and 0.13g/t gold across 0.7m true width. This zone does not appear to have been mined below the level sampled. This zone will be drill tested in the future by underground drilling.
