| Frederick W. Davidson, CA - President & Director Mr. Davidson was most recently the VP and Chief Financial Officer of TOTAL Energold Corp., an energy and gold producer which had over $250 million in assets producing over 10,000 b.o.e. per day, 15 million cubic ft of Natural Gas and 100,000 oz of Gold on an annual basis. Previously, he spent 10 years as Chief Financial Officer of Erikson Gold Mines Ltd. and Mt. Skukum which grew from grassroots exploration to production. Mr. Davidson also had an active role in a number of other notable mines and exploration projects including: the Courageous Lake Project, Golden Bear Mine and the Denton-Rawhide mine. He has been a senior executive in the mining industry for the past 35 years during which time he has helped finance public and private mining companies. His experience spans over 18 countries throughout North America, South America, Africa and Asia. Mr. Davidson has sat on the board of Wheaton River Minerals, Plexis Resources and IMPACT Silver Corp. Mr. Davidson received his MBA from the University of British Columbia in 1970 and his Chartered Accounting designation in 1971. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. | George Gorzynski, P. Eng. - Vice President, Exploration & Director Mr. Gorzynski is a geologist and an international mineral exploration consultant to the junior exploration industry. His wide-ranging experience spans over 30 years and has included projects over much of the globe. His work has involved a variety of commodities with particular expertise in precious and base metals. Mr. Gorzynski was instrumental in identifying, negotiating and completing the purchase of the Royal Mines of Zacualpan project for the Company. He has served on the boards and in management of several junior companies. Mr. Gorzynski holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia. | Richard Younker, C.A., C.M.C - CFO Mr. Younker is a graduate of Queen's University with a B. Comm. (Hon's), and holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia. He articled with Clarkson Gordon (now Ernst & Young) and became a chartered accountant in 1973. After a year spent in industry, he returned to Clarkson Gordon in 1974 spending further time in their audit and insolvency divisions prior to transferring to Woods Gordon their managing consulting arm in 1975. He became a certified management consultant in 1979 and the senior financial consulting principal in Woods Gordon's Vancouver office in 1981 until leaving the firm in 1985 to start his own independent financial consulting practice which he has continued to this day. Mr. Younker's experience has included providing financial, general management, and accounting advice as well as undertaking numerous financial viability and feasibility studies for the Government and private sectors. | H. Walter Sellmer, P. Geo. - Director Mr. Sellmer has more than 30 years experience as an exploration geologist. He has held senior management positions with Amax Exploration, Canamax Resources Inc. and TOTAL Energold Corp., responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar exploration budgets. While with Canamax, Mr. Sellmer acquired the Midway Lead-zinc prospect in British Columbia, the Ketza River gold property and the Mt. Hundere lead-zinc property in the Yukon Territory. He took Ketza from early exploration through feasibility to mine construction and the Mt. Hundere project was eventually developed as the Sa Dena Hes mine. With TOTAL, Mr. Sellmer planned and directed the exploration activities at the Company's mine sites and programs throughout North America. He was instrumental in TOTAL's acquisition of an interest in the Denton-Rawhide gold mine in Nevada through Plexus Resources. Mr. Sellmer became President of Energold Mining Ltd. in 1994. He identified and acquired significant exploration prospects in the Dominican Republic and advanced them to a stage for joint venture. He is Past-President of the B.C. and Yukon Chamber of Mines and has served as industry representative on the Premiers Forum- a mining advisory group to the Government of British Columbia and as a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. | |

(now Thompson Creek) from 2004 to 2006, Glencairn Gold Corp. (now B2Gold Corp.) from 2002 to 2004, and Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (now Goldcorp Inc.) from 1992 to 2001. Previously, Mr. Tredger was an independent mining consultant, and for 11 years was employed by Amax Inc. in a variety of technical and management positions, prior to which he was an exploration geologist.
