Impact Reports Initial Drill Results From Santa Lucia Silver Veins

IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT") is pleased to announce the initial results from a 1,500-meter Phase I drill program at the Santa Lucia Mining Camp located 3.7 kilometers southeast of IMPACT's operating processing plant in the prolific Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver-Gold District of central Mexico. Detailed geological mapping and soil sampling by IMPACT outlined a variety of high-grade silver targets consisting of old mine workings and outcropping veins along a northwesterly trending structural corridor. Summarized below are results from some of the initial drill holes from this prospective area:

*Three holes (Z09-35, 36, and 37) on Section 1550N were lost to underground workings in an area where old large production stopes are located with the reported assays representing remnant veins in the hanging wall.

Drilling is currently underway to define structural zones where greater vein thicknesses can be found. The Santa Lucia Mining Camp is one of several dozen historic mining camps located within IMPACT's extensive land holdings in the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver-Gold District. According to the local residents, mining activities have been carried out in the Santa Lucia area over the last 200 years exploiting the higher-grade veins in gambusino fashion. IMPACT became aware of this area after a series of rock samples collected during a soil sampling/prospecting program revealed a northwest trending 650 meters long silver-gold-lead-zinc soil anomaly with multiple rock sample values greater than 500 g/t Silver. Summarized below are some of the more interesting drill targets for the Santa Lucia area.

OLD MINE WORKING

PRINCIPAL TARGET

Caguilote Vein & El Pochote Workings

surface sample - Caguilote Vein -- 592 g/t silver over 0.5 meters, second vein to west 446g/t silver

Caguilote Vein near El Anono Workings and BTH 215 Vein

surface sample - Caguilote Vein -- 405 g/t silver over 1.0 meters, BTH 215 Vein to west -- 340 g/t silver over 0.48 meters

El Anono Workings on El Caguilote Vein and BTH 215 Vein

surface samples - El Anono workings -- 712 g/t silver over 0.85 meters for, BTH 215 Vein 55 meters to the northwest - 340 g/t silver over 0.48 meters

Socavon El Caguilote (north end)

underground samples  - over 4 levels - multiple values from 103 to 797 g/t silver

Caguilote Vein and Socavon El Pochote 1

surface samples - near the El Caguilote - values of 819 g/t silver, and 181 g/t silver over 1.58 meters

Socavon El Pochote 1

surface samples - Socavon El Pochote 1 - values up to 1,915 g/t silver

Arbol El Copal-1 Pozo and deeper down the Caguilote Vein near El Anono Workings

strong silver soil geochemical anomaly Arbol El Copal-1 working returned 471 g/t silver over 0.65 meters
