MINE UPDATE; APRIL 5TH 2010
Commercial production started at Noche Buena Mine. Approximately 15 months will have elapsed from initial discovery to projected production. The Noche Buena Mine will realize IMPACT's 1 million ounces Silver production milestone (see news release dated March 4th, 2009).

The Noche Buena Mining Camp (NB) is located 4 km southwest of the 500 tpd Guadalupe Processing Plant. This north-westerly trending, west dipping vein exhibits more high Silver-Gold mineralization. Through much of 2007-08, an exploration team has been mapping and sampling the NB Project area in preparation for a major drill program which began in late 2008. As a result so far, the Noche Buena Veins and the Carlos Pacheco Vein represent two parallel structures that trend in a northerly fashion. The Carlos Pacheco zone indicates significant copper and gold zones are found at lower elevations in the Zacualpan district and may be indicative of a copper and gold district underlying the silver district. It is well mineralized with Copper-Gold and Silver-Zinc-Lead veins. IMPACT geologists consider this idea to hold big blue sky exploration potential and incorporate the possibility into their exploration planning.

To date drilling has defined the main zone over a strike length of 400 meters, to a depth of 100 meters and an average width of 3 meters.

PRODUCTION
Noche Buena will focus on accessing the main zone of mineralization. Initial production is planned for between 80 to 100 tonnes per day and will increase over the year as additional mining faces are developed. IMPACT's operating processing plant at Guadalupe, located four kilometers away, is being upgraded to accommodate the additional Noche Buena throughput.

EXPLORATION

Noche Buena

The Noche Buena vein is located 4km southwest of IMPACT's processing plant and 200 meters west of the Carlos Pacheco Vein. In addition to the Noche Buena Vein, additional new veins were discovered. Highlights from the multiple vein intersections include:

These wide Noche Buena del Bajo Vein intersections in drill holes Z08-70 and Z08-71 are 57 meters apart down dip of each other on Section 1150N. Several previously unknown "New Veins" were discovered in these drill holes with significant silver grades including 248 g/t over a TW of 1.30 meters and 106 g/t over 1.63 meters. Assays indicate that all these veins are silver and gold dominant with only low values in base metals.

Two additional drill holes attempted to test the Noche Buena Vein further north. Hole Z08-73, located on Section 1200N (50 meters north of Section 1150N), intersected the Noche Buena Vein (116 g/t silver over 1.92 meters), but was stopped short of the newly discovered Noche Buena del Bajo Vein.

Please see the Company's news release dated January 26th, 2009 for further details.

Additional drilling was conducted on a 50 meter horizontal and vertical pattern designed to systematically explore and build tonnage. Results of most recent drilling are summarized below.

* Holes Z08-70 and -71 were previously announced in a news release dated January 26, 2009.

Hole Z09-12 is particularly encouraging as both the thickness and grade have increased in this northernmost hole. The enhanced gold values and appearance of the mineralization suggest the possibility of a mineralizing centre located to the north of these holes, where drilling is currently under way.

Drill holes reported below are located on the most northerly sections drilled to date. Exploration on this northerly trending, west dipping Silver-Gold vein has consisted of holes drilled on a 50-meter by 50 meter drill pattern designed to systematically explore and build tonnage.

Further drilling discovered 3 new areas. The Del Pulpo Vein is a sub-parallel structure that dips at 70 degress to the east. The Nido de Oro area is located 4.5 km west of the Guadalupe Processing Plant branching off the main northeasterly dipping Horqueta Vein. Lastly, the Las Aguilas area is host to a series of southwesterly dipping veins that are partially exposed in historic underground workings. Please see below for a summary of the most recent drilling results.

These high grade results continue to substantiate IMPACT's geological model that a gold and copper district lies underneath the silver district at the Royal Mines of Zacualpan. As of late 2008 drilling is continuing.

These results are from an ongoing 5000m Phase One drill program at the Carlos Pacheco Mining Camp in which a further thirty to fifty holes are planned. A variety of other targets consisting of old mine workings, historic drill intersections and outcropping precious metal-bearing veins will also be tested. Over one hundred different vein intersections have been targeted for drilling.

Cobre Prospect

The Cobre Prospect is an adit located on the Pacheco Vein System 3.5 km southeast of the Pacheco Prospect. Samples were collected in five places over the 25m exposed length of the vein in the adit and returned the following values:
